About
I'm an Argentinian artist, I do semi-realist digital paintings and I enjoy writing stories. I'm the creator of the Chaos Chronicles Resident Evil AU, most of my content being centered around it.
Some of my art contains mature themes that might be disturbing to certain audiences.
Terms of service
I. GENERAL
Ripequalsrelease retains the copyright of the commissioned project.Ripequalsrelease reserves the right to post the commissioned project and its workflow on their social media platforms for advertising and/or portfolio purposes.The client will be granted an exclusive, permanent, non-transferable license to use the commissioned project for commercial purposes. All revenue generated from the use of the commissioned project belongs to the client.II. USAGE POLICY
The client must give proper credit when using the commissioned project. Credit must be placed in a permanent, clearly visible location.The client may not claim or imply that the commissioned project was created by themselves or by any third party.The commissioned project may not be used in connection with non-fungible tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrency, or generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI) technologies.When Ripequalsrelease posts the commissioned project or any related materials, they must clearly indicate that the content is from a commission and credit any other applicable copyright holders.Ripequalsrelease will take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized use when posting the commissioned project.III. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS
The full commission fee must be paid upfront before Ripequalsrelease begins work. No payment plans are accepted.Payments are non-refundable unless Ripequalsrelease is unable to complete or deliver the project.IV. REVISIONS AND DELIVERYThe number of allowed revisions per project stage is 3. Additional revisions will incur an extra fee of 5% of the total commission fee.Once a stage is confirmed, revisions to that stage are no longer permitted. If changes are still required, an additional fee starting at 10% of the commission fee will apply.Revision requests must be submitted to Ripequalsrelease within 2 business days of completing each stage. If no request is received, Ripequalsrelease will proceed to the next stage without client confirmation.Ripequalsrelease will deliver the final artwork through Google Drive, in high-quality PNG format. The files will be saved for a month. after that, the client is responsible for securely storing the deliverables and maintaining backups.
V. USE
The artwork is only to be used for personal purposes, unless the client requests a monetized content, or commercial merchandising commission.
